Action drama directed by Guy Manos, starring Stephen Baldwin and Dennis Rodman. Vic Cooper is returning to his job as a U.S customs agent after a period of suspension. He is given the task of going undercover at a skydiving center in order to gather information on a pair of suspected drug smugglers who are believed to be using their hobby as cover. After meeting the pair - 'Red Line' and 'Turbo', Vic impresses them with his skydiving ability and he is equally taken with them and their non-conventional lifestyle. As he becomes drawn deeper into their world, Vic finds it hard to send back any information to his colleagues which might find his new friends in trouble, and his feelings are complicated further when he begins to form a close bond with a female skydiver...
