About this movie

I.S.A.A.C. (Intuitive Synthetic Autonomous Assault Commando), played by former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin, is the first prototype of a confidential "human weapon" program. Once a death-row inmate, he is now a genetically reconstructed, highly trained, deadly assassin whose body and mind have been modified to become a physically regenerative, intellectually superior human being. On the run, I.S.A.A.C. takes Deputy Lindsay Rearden (Tiffani Thiessen; "Beverly Hills, 90210") hostage. Their lives in jeopardy from secret military agents being lead by world-renowned robotic engineer Simon Hart (Bruce Greenwood; I, Robot; National Treasure: Book of Secrets), the deputy and I.S.A.A.C. combine forces to expose the military group constructing these super beings.

Surprisingly good! Low budget, but other than the first few minutes and a couple spots here or there you won't even notice it. Great effects, solid acting for the main characters, casting was spot on and the leads had good chemistry. Dialogue was pretty witty in places!. Plot wasn't exactly original but was well paced and overall very well done. Gets considerably better as it goes, but that could have to do with my very low expectations going in. Worth a try if you love action movies, no question.

I got the other listing vs this one. but I have to agree.. better than expected. one or two visual fubars, but barely discernible. however, if you are going to shoot someone in the left shoulder through to the lungs and heart, you shouldn't be showing the bleeding wound in the right shoulder a couple of scenes later. it ruins the whole effect! (as an extra footnote: this was actually better done than several WWE fiasco's!)

Better then I thought it would be. Acting was good, effects were good and good storyline if you like military sci-fi-esque genres.
