There's a great dynamic between Superman & Supergirl. She's unsure & lost; he's confident & steady. Their scenes keep you engaged. Lois Lane is also written well. Brainiac is menacing at times & John Noble's voice acting is spectacular, yet this movie isn't his greatest. Superman's visit to Kandor under the red son, & visiting w/ Kara's parents are great scenes. I personally enjoyed the animation. It reminded me of the Flashpoint Paradox animation style.

"Earth- it's my home, its my heart! It gives me strength!" Worst lines I've ever heard. Just flat COOOORNNNNY! An aMAIZEingly bad line. I'm a BIG fan of Supes world, but I should have waited till this hit Netflix. Glad I didn't rent HD version so I at least saved a whole buck. Brainiac. The most powerful computer life form created in every existence future and past, wimping out on some bugs, mud, rush hour traffic, and the sound of babies crying was a bit much. My 3 stars are generous.

I love dc comics. I could get a better visual from graphic audio who by the way has way better voices and can draw me more into the story. This is ok but please don't try. If this is all you can do.
