Vikram is a very possessive and over-reactive husband. He has no control over his anger, and is so possessive he cannot bear to see his wife Priya interact with anyone else. He beats her up black and blue at the slightest provocation. Almost at the end of her tether, Priya escapes from her tyrant husband. She reaches Simla where she comes across a young man, Raj Malhotra. For Raj it is love at first sight and he tells her so. Priya tells him the truth, but that doesn't deter Raj. When Vikram learns of the truth he is furious. He makes an attempt on Raj's life but fails. He then storms into Priya's house and kills her friend, attempting to kill her as well.
