I saw this movie as a kid when it came out, and the banshee and death coach horrified me. I was afraid of it for years. How funny. I just rewatched it. Charming acting including very young Sean Connery.

It's an annual tradition for my family to watch this around St. Patrick's Day. I'm sure the Irish roll their eyes at the mention of the title, but it's just for fun.

Love the movie love Sean Connery and even now love the ole time special effects in this classic. I played it every year for the kids and now the grandkids, even though it's a little slower than some of the new movies my grandson looks forward to watching with me. Movies the whole family can watch together are a treasure.
