When a film crew moves into an abandoned psychiatric hospital to shoot a low budget horror film, its shadowy past is revealed and they get more than they bargained for. Late nights and lack of sleep begins to take its toll and as the days wear on the building awakens to feed off of its new inhabitants. With crew members showing signs of increasingly strange behavior, those still sane try desperately to escape only to find that the old hospital is not ready to let them go.
