Una de las mejores actuaciones en la carrera de Bette Davis. Un drama que hoy día podemos ver simple pero muy difícil que sea superado, sobre todo en actuaciones. Guion profundo, lo complicado de la mente humana; la muerte, el orgullo, el amor... Me encanta esta película, de verdad.

Zoals altijd is Bette een wervelwind, eigenwijs, koppig. Maar in deze film voel je het verdriet, de boosheid van de patient vanwege haar situatie. Prachtig acteerwerk van Bette en de rest van de cast. Ben alleen nog steeds niet blij met hoe het eindigt.
