Revolt Allèèz
I loved the incredible tactility he present in his works and how he transcend some kind of americana trough dark and subtile layers of paint. The difference between the paintings and some of his most seen (by me personal) movie productions or TV shows I feel is that of glossy "life paint" and continous narratives, and of course characters. This movie does not reveal so much of his philosophy, but it gives you one and two insights into how he work as an artist and how that influenced him as a director.
