Pandy and Retro awaken naked on Earth with no recollection of their past. They embark on a crime spree in search of food and clothing, but are captured by authorities and sent to the infamous lunar penitentiary named Dead Leaves. While incarcerated, they quickly discover that Dead Leaves is also a top-secret cloning facility, occupied by villainous guards and deformed genetic experiments.

Saw the original in Japanese with subtitles and this version turns my stomach. Gone are the AWESOME original voices that lent so much to the movie, replaced with talentless, lifeless, emotionless "script readers" - the English voice cast can't even be thought of as actors! This version isn't even worth a rent. Waste of $$$$.

weird. Its a almost too fast paced action movie with a few even faster sex scenes. Blink too many times and you are going to need to rewind so you don't miss too much.

Every now and then you don't want deep storylines, epic sagas, or a 300+ episodes series. Sometimes you want something so massively over the top that the part of your brain that has trouble suspending your disbelief just shuts down and goes to Tibet to try and find itself again. This is that show. Just sit back, make sure there are no obstructions between you and your snacks, and just enjoy the sheer insanity of it. If you like Gurren Lagan or the more recent Kill La Kill, then this is right up your alley, because this is where it started.
