Tillie Gardner's summer romance with local cab driver Niko helps her cope with the tragic death of her parents, who died in a private plane crash a few weeks earlier. What she doesn't know is Niko's brother is the terrorist behind the crash, and plans to bomb the upcoming annual Fourth of July beach celebration on Nantucket Island.
