Concept and storyline good hence 2/3 stars but poorly edited....colour poor in parts of film and sound dreadful. Would have sounded better if premiere was not held in school hall type room. It's a shame as clearly the producers worked hard but have been let down. In one scene you can see the film crew!!! In same scene no other families around in a family themed park in a supposed half term. Awkward scene to watch.

I really enjoyed this film - most of all perhaps, I really felt with the mother. What she was going through felt very real. And the twist, when it came, totally took me by surprise!! Great acting throughout as well, especially James. Yes, perhaps there were a few minor weaknesses (one "sound dip") but they were really minor. Great script, great direction, bravo everyone!

Deadly Intent is a true indie film. It has an original plot line that does keep you guessing all the way to the end. It’s hard to talk about without giving away spoilers, but there are some good jumpy bits. It’s slightly more heavy on the drama side but that is because it has more to the story that a lot of horror films. Would recommend but hard-core horror fans will find it a bit tame.
