Death of a Saleswoman was a good watch. A black comedy, that might not be for everyone, but a quirky storyline that kept me interested. For a low budget movie there were some good performances here and some good direction. But what pulled me more towards the film was the humour, which was delivered in a timely manner and a very interesting storyline to suit. Good work all around.

If Death of a Saleswoman was made by a Hollywood studio it would be stupid and over-the-top. Fortunately, this high-concept little gem was made by smart indie director who got the tone just right.

I love dark comedies, murder mysteries, and independent films (which sums up this movie to a t). When a rubbermaid-like saleswoman is murdered and all of her product is stolen, everyone in her small town is a suspect. To say anything more would spoil the plot. The flick is an enjoyable indie with a story and characters that will keep your attention until the end.
