Film-maker and journalist Gotham Chopra embarks on a year long roadtrip with his father Deepak Chopra in an attempt to resolve the spiritual icon he is to the world vs. the real man known to his family.

The movie was slightly condescending of son to father. It's essentially a story of a son trying to find out who his father is and why so many people follow him. In the style of a documentary, it was pieced together in the beginning, but came together at the end. You become skeptical of Deepak through the eyes of his son, but the ending brings it full circle.

Whether you are spiritual, religious or a skeptic, this movie is a fascinating glimpse into the relationship between father and son in addition to being an enlightening look at Deepak Chopra.

This movie is so amazing! The places that Deepak goes, one can only see in pictures, but the deep profundity of this movie is so moving. I recommend this to anyone who has heard of Deepak Chopra. His son does such a wonderful job with this documentary. It's a surprise we haven't heard much of him. Watch and enjoy!
