Ratings and reviews

Decent execution of an idea that takes a bit too long to get off the ground. Decent acting, but ultimately falls flat. Low on scares, but nothing horribly wrong with the film. I am completely indifferent. If I could do two and half stars - i would. Better than two, but certainly not a three.

Haven't seen it but want to. Is it a true story?
