A gritty Los Angeles crime saga which follows the intersecting and often personally connected lives of an elite unit of the LA County Sheriff's Dept. and the state's most successful bank robbery crew as the outlaws plan a seemingly impossible heist on the Federal Reserve Bank of downtown Los Angeles.

As a military guy myself I usually scrutinize action/combat scenes in movies to see what they get wrong. Aside from a few things regarding nomenclature and descriptions, the action scenes were not too bad. I read one critic say the director tried hard to duplicate the bank robbery shootout scene from 'Heat,' and I'm here to tell you the final shootout scene in 'Den of Thieves' does indeed rival, if not surpass it (sorry Michael Mann). The acting is also not bad. All-in-all I gave it a solid 4☆'s

Grandes momentos climáticos y bolsas de humor con un buen giro al final. El único problema que tuve fue que me di cuenta de muchos agujeros en la historia que no tenían sentido después de la película. Algunas cosas se hicieron en la película porque sí, no entendí.

Leading Cop came off as annoying almost stopped watching in the first 10 minutes, the movie had some parts in it that made no sense, how did the cops know to go to the federal reserve and catch ice cube son? Good ending took me by surprise!!!
