The work out is very good. Used it on an off for years. My belly always starts to flatten down after 2-3 weeks..... but Denise Austins voice is so annoying, i have to do the workout on mute

I have used these exercises for years. When I do them regularly, I can really see and feel the difference. I love this!!!! Someone said her voice is annoying, but I found it calming and inspiring.
