A shocking thriller that pits smart sexy young teens against para military killers. After finding his family murdered by vagrant squatters, an ex-military operative and survivalist is hired by the man who bought his land to watch over the acreage and protect it from invaders. When the new landowner’s daughter arrives for a weekend getaway with her friends, the trip turns deadly when they discover the caretaker’s dark secret – rather than driving off trespassers, he’s hunting them in cold blood.

Brilliant movie. A group of people stay in one of the girls fathers property.. The caretaker gives them the dos and donts,, A small building in the woods which is locked is broken open by the group and there inside they find some jars containing body parts,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, The caretaker takes a very dim view of this intrusion and then things start to happen,,,,,watch this and see.

Not so great. The actor playing ben looked like he was trying not to laugh when being serious. Good story line poorly executed.

Not too bad but has no real ending. Private means private and no entry means just that. Film drags on a bit and can get boring.
