The moral and existential odyssey of LAPD detective Erin Bell who, as a young cop, was placed undercover with a gang in the California desert with tragic results. When the leader of that gang re-emerges many years later, she must work her way back through the remaining members and into her own history with them to finally reckon with the demons that destroyed her past.

One of the worst movies I've ever seen. Really bad acting on the part of Nicole Kidman. It's as if she's trying to play a soft spoken, tough acting Dirty Harry type of cop. And to make matters worse, the whole movie drags out at a snail's pace. Don't waste your time or money with this one! A real stinker. If I could give it zero stars, I would have.

Una de las peores películas que he visto. Muy mala actuación por parte de Nicole Kidman. Es como si estuviera tratando de interpretar a un tipo de policía de Harry el sucio, de voz suave y actuación dura. Y para empeorar las cosas, toda la película se prolonga a paso de tortuga. ¡No pierdas tu tiempo ni tu dinero con este! Un verdadero apestoso. Si pudiera darle cero estrellas, lo habría hecho.

Not sure how this made it all the way to getting made. It was a movie. .. Garbage writing brought to you by the kind of idiots that make movies out of battleship or transformers. It's like when a dumb person says 'whoa that's deep' and you feel bad for them because they were being serious.
