About this movie
Con motivo de la pronta ascensión al trono de Wu Zetian, la que será primera emperatriz de China, se construye una enorme estatua de Buda en la capital. Cuando unos dignatarios sufren una misteriosa combustión espontánea, Wu pide ayuda de Dee Renjie, un oficial con excelentes dotes para la investigación al que encarceló años atrás por traidor.
