I've watched all the diary of a wimpy kid movies and read all the books and this was the best movie of all, I felt that it really seemed like the books. Humorous but still real, well except for the end that little part I noticed was made up but it really was a good finish. The movie pretty much summed up the diary of a wimpy kid series and how its funny but still a real feeling.

The cast is older now. Understandable. Still I thought this was a great movie with heart, comedy, and entertainment. I enjoyed it, of course every movie has flaws but I still enjoyed it and I think you and your kids will like it!

I cant believe they changed the whole cast!!!! seriously! Although the new cast did try very hard to portray the characters the same as the original cast. Just really disappointed in such a great series
