This movie really felt like it was trying to run off something that already existed - yeah, technically there already is a few Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies, but with the different cast it just is not the same.

I haven't read the books before, but I enjoyed this movie. It gave me laughter at some points. But for the cast, Greg is not too wimpy here and Rodrick too, feels like he is too much an *d*ot while before he was such a bully. But I still enjoyed it, so I gave it 4.
