One of the bad films from Rohit Shetty. Felt like it was not a whole hearted attempt. Srk showed hints of how great a actor he is, but story did not challenge him much. Kajol looked gorgeous, specially in the Bulgarian part of the movie. Varun Dhawan and Kirti Sanon didn't have much plot or screen time. None of the characters where built strongly and it was difficult to get attached to them. The end was, wrapped up in rush. The team had a lot on its plate but could not put it forth nicely.

A story of love, honor n respect for family. With a twist of action, drama, betrayal, comedy n a love story that gets caught in it all. But through forgiveness n faith in your love all prevails... Also with the best jodi's ever Kajol n Shahrukh Khan. Kriti n Varun did an awesome job as well n cast. Loved it

But I think many ideas are taken from the South Indian film _ The Return Of Rebel. eg. Rivalry between two dons, Both dons having personal assistants, showing heroine a mirror using as an instrument to propose her, deception and etc. etc.
