A winged baby dinosaur named Impy inhabits an island in the middle of the ocean with a group of loveable animal friends. One day they receive a visit from an eccentric adventurer who claims to be an expert in animal species. Impy accepts the man’s invitation to spend a holiday on his luxury yacht until he discovers the intentions of his host is to turn the island into a kind of theme park with him and all his friends as the main attractions.
