The pretty crazy Doctor Proctor has accidentally invented the world's most powerful fart powder. An unexpected visit from two of the children in his neighbourhood starts a frantic business project, clever Lise with pigtails and tiny Bulle with the bright red hair deciding namely to help Proctor get the fart powder out to the world.
