Go inside the lives, hopes and dreams of people who operate hot dog carts and the bizarrely complex limitations put on them in one major American city in this piercing, uplifting and humorous look at the current landscape of the American Dream. Follow Coite, an entrepreneur seeking to break the corporate influence of soda and food corporations over these largely immigrant small business owners. The goal is to make healthy, prepared foods available at these carts and enact change to the Kafka-esque laws that stifle them, all while struggling to remain relevant in the face of the ever-expanding food-truck craze.
