In the beautiful and alluring city of Paris, a young woman named Susan, from New Jersey, (MARIA DIZZIA) falls for a charming, yet mysterious tour guide named Jacques (EDOARDO COSTA). A few months later, Jacques ends up on the doorstep of Susan’s brother Bailey’s home (JAMES GANDOLFINI, of 'THE SOPRANOS') in New Jersey with horrible news. Susan has tragically passed away and Jacques is fulfilling her final wishes. Bailey comes to learn quickly though that Susan has willed half of her home in Jersey to Jacques, the same home in which Bailey resides. At the advice of his childhood sweetheart Mary (FAMKE JANSSEN, of 'X-MEN') an apprehensive Bailey agrees to take in Jacques but the relationships between these people is far more complicated than anyone could have ever imagined. Haunted by dark pasts, consumed by murder, stolen money, and violent childhoods, this group of people are forced together in a collision that can either make or break the strongest of people.
