This documentary shows a serious problem of US family physician system. Because family physician doesn't have colleagues to correct and check their practice, then, they can go far beyond their capability. The medical association has responsibility at some level on his wrong doing by delay in providing proper regulation on narcotics. This doctor is not stupid. The law system gave him a fair penalty.
