My city STL, lost a team. Happy that they only said STL nothing else in the film. Just saying STL once helps me pretend it was actually LA now. With the lost of a team in my city, I now chose to root for The Chiefs. Overall great movie love the film just as a i did when it came out cause, again I saw no words Saying STL or even the abbreviation. Just them saying STL one time in the film, helps me pretend it was LA now.

Kevin Costner plays Sonny Weaver, Jr., an embattled General Manager of a professional football team on the verge of being ousted if he doesn't have a successful draft. This could hinge, in the mind of the team's owner (played by Frank Langella), by drafting one specific player with the first overall pick. Feeling like it may be his "last hurrah", Sonny is determined to do things his own way, to forge a team that is of his design and to move out of the shadow of his former GM father's successes.

Really? This movie is awful on so many levels I don't know where to start. A team gives up the three draft picks it got just a few hours ago. That intern was so annoying. And I can't believe that the QB wasn't vetted before the point he was actually vetted.
