A duel of destiny!! A battle beyond gods begins!!!!

Following the fight with Beerus the Destroyer, Goku and Vegeta are in training on Beerus' world, under the guidance of his attendant, Whis. Meanwhile, with the earth at peace once again, Sorbet and Tagoma, two of the surviving members of the Frieza force, come by in search of the Dragon Balls. Their goal is to revive Frieza in order to revitalize their forces. The worst wish in the history of the universe is granted, and the resurrected Frieza begins to plot revenge against Goku and the Saiyans. The newly reborn Frieza force advances on Earth, forcing Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin and company to take on 1000 of their soldiers. Goku and Vegeta challenge Frieza to their destined showdown, but Frieza has achieved an overwhelming power-up!

Being a DB fan for a long time, this surprisingly came as a shock, hence the amount of action and humour exceeded my expectations. I probably would say i did enjoy this much more than BotG due to Frieza's resurrection but like many have said, Vegeta should have played a bigger role. Goku just had to save the day once again.

I did like the movie but again there was nothing that new either, great for a single watch but I don't see it having much repeatability. Great if you love dbz but average if you don't.

Overall an enjoyable watch with a surprising amount of humour. I wish Vegeta played a bigger role and I'm not a fan of how they ended the film but as a DBZ fan it's great to see more movies and episodes and this movie is no exception.
