This movie could never hope to live up to the first, and on its own isn't very strong in writing, characters, story or effects. That said, I enjoyed it enough to say its a decent popcorn flick.

The story is not the best and the animation is horrid. The first movie is much older but the animation is decent and the story is very good. Even the third movie is way better.

not sure what fool posts these movie listings, but this film was produced in 1999 not 2016!
