The film tells the true story of Jan Vokes, (Toni Collette) a Welsh cleaner and bartender, who decides to breed and raise a race horse. She persuades her neighbors and friends to contribute financially to the goal. The group's unlikely investment plan pays off as the horse rises through the ranks and puts them in a race for the national championship.

Beautiful movie. Brilliant from start to finish! And knowing based on a true story, cried happy tears all throughout the movie. Thank you.

This ture story movie was fantastic l absolutely loved it. As l love horse movies as l used to own one myself. Acting was very good and l highly recommend this heart-warming movie to anyone. love loved it
