Georgia has been a Greek tour guide for six months. Her boss, Maria, is less than impressed and tasks golden boy, peppy tour guide Nico (Alistair McGowan), to make Georgia resign in return for a raise. Uptight & disillusioned, Georgia has lost her "kefi", that joie de vivre Greek spirit, so when lumbered with replacement driver, Poupi (Alexis Georgoulis), and his dilapidated bus, the frazzled guide thinks her luck has finally hit rock bottom. Her motley crew of tourists are far more interested in shopping for souvenirs then hearing dry, historical details about her native land and in between bouts of rivalry with the more popular Nico, she manages to form a genuine connection with wisecracking tourist Irv (Richard Dreyfuss). As gene wilder says in willy wonker and chocolate factory "oh a little nonsense now and then is cherished by the wisest men". Its no casablanca but its light and fun and we all need that sometimes.

Different kind of rom/com. Nice looking around Greece. If you like My Big Fat Greck Wedding then you'll probably like this too. Good film.

Gentle enjoyable movie.
