Pour avoir vu l'original de David Lynch, je me rends compte plus encore que ce dernier était un chef d'œuvre, notamment au regard des effets spéciaux disponibles à l'époque. Énormément d'éléments de contexte tirés de l'œuvre de l'auteur, Frank Herbert, ont disparu dans la nouvelle version. Je m'attendais, vu le changement d'époque, à un baron Harkonnen encore plus horrible et violent, et finalement ça a fait pssshit ! Et visuellement, la version de Lynch est incomparable.

Echt een geweldige film! Zit hele goed in een, je verveelt je echt niet tijdens die uren!

Long... mais GENIAL ! La bande son joue un rôle crucial !
