I'm 27 and I've never saw this whole movie or understood it. Just bits/pieces. I think its Unrealistic & slow. That thing was creepy looking, it totally freaked me out as a child. Like seriously could his fingers be any longer? Felt like he could Touch everyone through the screen. Not a good memory as a child. Most kids aren't as interested as Drew Barrymore was. Thank goodness he phoned home b/c he's never allowed in my home, phone, tablet, nothing. This deserves Two thumbs down👎👎 for the straight creeps

Pura magia, lloro a mares en muchas escenas. Speilberg es un genio. También es una interesante cápsula del tiempo. Nací en los años setenta y esta película me resulta nostálgica en extremo. Un tiempo simple y feliz. Los niños de hoy no tienen idea de cuánto nos divertimos, pero fue un momento más difícil en ciertos aspectos. Esta película trae de vuelta toda la alegría. Gracias a Stephen Speilberg y al maravilloso elenco. Puedes ver su inocencia. Simplemente una gran película conmovedora.

I remember watching this film in the theater when it first debut. As a personal choice it was horrendous. It is a great film from other stand points. The directing, the actors, and special effects were outstanding. Don't let my review affect your choice. It is definitely worth watching. Just not for me.
