"Eden" tells the incredible true story of a young girl who is kidnapped and sold into slavery by human traffickers. This movie had me riveted from the first scene. It takes you on the terrifying journey through the eyes of the main character as we feel what she feels and see what she sees as she spends two years held captive in the trafficking ring. The film is often dark and disturbing, but never overly violent or exploitative. It builds suspense and drama in the tradition of other great films such as "Winter's Bone" or "No Country For Old Men". It also tells the important true-life story of human trafficking, and how it exists right under our noses without us even realizing it. This movie is ultimately an inspirational story of survival, and will open your eyes to this very real global problem. It will hold you on the edge of your seat, and then make you want to rise up and take a stand to end human trafficking.

I watched this on Netflix. It Is a really great movie. It's based on a true story. I thought it was sad how they where in the middle of las Vegas and the pimp had all their paperwork and addresses. This movie will wake you up on how the world is and how there is evil people in it.

Excellent plot, character development and directing. Adult content without being offensively violent and perversely sexual. A must see. 2 thumbs up.
