Eeswaran tells the story of Periyasamy whose simple and joyous life turns into a nightmare with internal familial disputes. Two decades later, Eeswaran (Silambarasan) enters their life and attempts to bring together the family who are in the modern-world race to success. He makes them realize the importance to be in touch with their roots. Now, the mystery is about the identity of Eeswaran and his efforts to revive the familial roots of Periyasamy.
