Ratings and reviews

A ton of overly complicated plot and spoken exposition make this a tough one for young kids to follow. Fourth wall breaks where the audience is supposed to pass on plot points that the characters didn't see are substituted for actual plot movement, and create an ominous situation where the villain is aware of the audience. The good guys are mostly kind of jerky towards each other. Sub plots re: Eggy's lack of speech and missing family are never resolved.

Also known as the complete title: "Pet Pals in Windland", this film, for Italy's "Pet Pals" TV show, achieves the English adaptation for America (aside from the different cast than the previous film ("Marco Polo's Code")).
