After the death of her grandfather, Alma decides to go back to her childhood home - a little island in the heart of a majestic mountain range. There, she rescues two cubs - a wolf and a lion. An inseparable bond is formed, but their world is flipped once a forest ranger discovers them and takes the animals away. Now, the cubs must journey across the wilderness to be reunited once more.
