評価とレビュー

I was looking forward to seeing it ever since they announced The Color Purple: The Musical!!! It was phenomenal! As a fan of the 1985 version, my heart was happy from start to finish, as they added more elements from the books to make a complete uplifting story! Nettie gets way more respect in this version than she did in the 1985 version, and the "grounded" elements of the story felt more real. It's not hyperbole for me to say 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was as close to perfection as anything Ive seen in a very long time. I loved it. Absolutely deserving of many many accolades and the fact that it has been snubbed by all of the awards committees just shows the bias of the industry. Shame on hollywood for snubbing this masterpiece.

Absolutely one of the most moving and beautiful recreations of its original that I’ve ever seen!
