About this movie

Disney and Pixar's "Elemental" is an original feature film set in Element City, where residents of Fire, Water, Earth and Air live together. The story introduces Ember, a tough, quick-witted and fiery young woman, whose friendship with a fun, sappy, go-with-the-flow guy named Wade challenges her beliefs about the world they live in. Directed by Peter Sohn ("The Good Dinosaur," "Partly Cloudy" short), written by John Hoberg & Kat Likkel and Brenda Hsueh, produced by Denise Ream ("The Good Dinosaur," "Cars 2"), and featuring the voices of Leah Lewis and Mamoudou Athie as Ember and Wade.

unrelatable. predictable. boring. generic. I don't care about cartoon movies one way or the other but my kids couldn't sit through it either. from 1989 to about 2010 disney was batting 1000 but the company seems incapable of making a good movie anymore. what the hell happened to them?

Generic ROMCOM but it’s animated. Same 3D Pixar animation they’ve been doing for 20 years. Has gotten old.

Loved this movie and the deeper meaning of it. So many untold stories about immigrants and society all wrapped up in a heartwrenching movie about love and acceptance!
