發覺你內心身處的小精靈！很久很久以前的某個耶誕前，一個小寶寶爬進了聖誕老公公的禮物袋，巴迪被當成小精靈撫養長大，卻比最高的小精靈還大上三倍。他這才知道自己不屬於北極。這次的耶誕假期，他來到紐約市尋找歸屬。他的工作狂父親被聖誕老公公歸類在頑皮名單裡，新媽媽與10歲的弟弟壓根就不相信有聖誕老公公或小精靈。在這裡他找到自己的使命：拯救紐約市與全世界的聖誕節！

I'm surprised people love this movie. I watched for first time recently and was thoroughly unimpressed. I like a couple of Will Ferrells movies but not this. His best is Step Brothers. I wont watch Elf ever again.

The dry humor was played out by time this movie released and it still hasn't found is way back. Will Ferrell is the same character he is in every movie and story lacked any depth.

I'm reading this as a family Movie. Kids like it when they hit around 7 years old and up. It's one of those movies that even makes adults laugh and smile a bit.
