Walt Disney Animation Studios' ENCANTO tells the tale of an extraordinary family, the Madrigals, who live hidden in the mountains of Colombia, in a magical house, in a vibrant town, in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto. The film features all-new songs by Emmy®, GRAMMY® and Tony Award® winner Lin-Manuel Miranda ("Hamilton," MOANA) and is directed by Byron Howard (ZOOTOPIA, TANGLED) and Jared Bush (co-director ZOOTOPIA), co-directed by Charise Castro Smith (writer "The Death of Eva Sofia Valdez") and produced by Clark Spencer and Yvett Merino.

This is literally one of the best Disney movies ever made, and in my opinion, the best Disney movie since Frozen. Vibrantly colored, beautiful cast of characters, and music that's catchy as hell, Encanto is quite delightful. It also tells a valid story of feeling different in a family, and generational trauma. There are no real villains in this story, only different beliefs and family drama. It's charming as hell and vibrant in every sense.

This movie is about family and exploring who truly are versus what others want you to be. It has touching moments of loving your family, it has sad moments of learning about how stress to be something others want you to be hurts you, and it has fun and colorful moments of just classic Disney enjoyment. The songs are by Lin-Manuel Miranda who did Moana's music and Hamilton. It's absolutely worth watching, especially for those families looking for a Disney princess that might look like them.

If you've seen Joseph contant review you may find that he's an idiot who didn't watch the movie at all what's so ever. Him comparing Nila, and the lost dragon to encanto was both idiotic, and very concerning. If you was going to compare Encanto to something at least say Vivo. (something of which is the same culture) Encanto might not have had a BIG plot like most people were expecting, but it did send out a message to Kids/family who has had a toxic member in their house hold.
