For such an interesting and thrilling real-life event, this is a very dull film. The rescue scene at the end, interspersed with one of the soldier’s girlfriend dancing for some reason, was a massive disappointment and completely spoiled what the whole film was leading up to. Having read Saul David’s ‘Operation Thunderbolt’, which was fantastic, I was left really disappointed.

The story is an amazing tale as it stands on it's own, but for some reason they decided to dramatize it and interlace it with some arty farty dancing rubbish. Its done a bit like the Thin Red Line. If just want to know what happened Google it, I'm gutted I paid for this.

Please don't bother with this, the ending is absolute garbage.Total waste of time IMHO.It was ok and watchable until the assault phase but then went seriously stupid and left me really angry I paid a tenner for it. Load of old bolloxs.
