Ernest Scared Stupid was a fun and nostalgic trip down memory lane. Jim Varney's goofy charm shines through as he takes on the role of Ernest, the lovable and accident-prone do-gooder. The film's blend of horror and comedy is perfect for a family-friendly Halloween movie, with just the right amount of scares to keep kids entertained without being too terrifying. The practical effects are impressive for their time, and the troll design is still pretty creepy.

Greatest Film of all time! This brings me right back to my childhood! It has generally funny and scary moments! This movie is a masterpiece of cinema and no movie of any genre will ever come close to being as great as it. Wish I could give 100 stars.
