Years after Ray Breslin fought his way out of an escape-proof prison, he's organised a new top-notch, for-hire security force that includes some of the best in the business. But when one of his team goes missing, Breslin goes back into the secret lock-up to save his friend. To attempt this near impossible mission, he enlists his old friend Trent Derosa (Dave Bautista) and the returning surveillance expert Hush (Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson), to help him return from the gauntlet with both his friend and his life. 'Escape Plan 2' promises audiences one hell of a white knuckle ride into the dystopian land of the dead.

We made it 25 minutes in and didn't want to waste any more time. This movie isn't cross-genre, it just doesn't know what it is. It is VERY badly written and the one liners (almost every line) and attempt to use music to tell the audience when to feel a certain way doesn't help. Loved the first one. I feel like someone took over for the 2nd and hadn't seen more than a brief synopsis of the first. 0/5 stars would be more accurate.

When watching this you can see why it was a straight to dvd release, and a very cheap one. It's awful. It really is. The first film is OK at best, but this is terrible. Stay away!

I ignored bad reviews as i wanted to watch this movie but i wished i had not! it is total tripe. bad writing, acting, fighting. thankfully i only paid .99 pence to watch even though it was a waste of my .99 pence
