A criminal mastermind unleashes a twisted form of justice in SPIRAL, the terrifying new chapter from the book of SAW. Working in the shadow of his father, an esteemed police veteran (Samuel L. Jackson), brash Detective Ezekiel "Zeke" Banks (Chris Rock) and his rookie partner (Max Minghella) take charge of a grisly investigation into murders that are eerily reminiscent of the city's gruesome past. Unwittingly entrapped in a deepening mystery, Zeke finds himself at the center of the killer's morbid game.

Filme horrível, o ator não é feito para esse tipo de categoria, você olha na face dele e o vê sorrindo! História batida, não percam o seu tempo.

bem, o filme não é bom por muitos motivos no qual eu não vou citar pq a propia narrativa entrega, o pior de tudo que isso se um continuação de "SAW" joga mais a responsabilidade pro filme ser de respeito, mais quem assisti vê que é só um filme forçado com atuações medíocres.

Ignora os eventos dos dois últimos filmes. E desvia da fórmula tradicional. Parece ser uma segunda tentativa de reviver a série (com armadilhas em que pode-se ganhar), mas o filme anterior, o oitavo, foi melhor. Este lida e foca na polícia, e quer usar a espiral como uma espécie de símbolo revolucionário.
