Special agent Harly Cordell (Stacie Randall) and Frank Lydell (Dan Gauthier) were once lovers fighting on the same side in the Gulf War, but now back at home they are all but at peace with each other. He's the mastermind of a vicious assassination squad and she's the only agent who can eliminate them. With enough ammo and manpower to outfit an army, the squad quickly turns L.A. into the murder capital of the world-and Harly is at the top of their list. But she's not going down without a fight and Lydell and company are about to find out just how excessive force can be!
