Saw this on the youtube channel, Looper, which I get alot of good hidden gems from. This came up as underrated scifi because it was released within a few weeks of the Matrix. So this was painful to get through. It was pretty awful and I watch movies all the time. I'd rank this as a C flick, since its worse than a B movie.

I don't know if this movie was meant to scare the living daylights out of me or not but i enjoyed it. It was weird, exciting, interesting, what more can you really ask for in a movie like this?

Great film. Not as good as "Strange Days" or "the 13th Floor" but if you like those or films like inception, dark city, altered states, the matrix and so on you'll like this.
