Being as a cop or vigilante between two sides of the law, there got to be someone to protect their city especially fighting against crime and corruption going around to stop it. Steven Seagal is a legend and inspiration with this film I love it so much I watched the movie on BET (Black Entertainment Television).

violent bipolars indulging to vain proportions (hook yourself to a lamborghini, braaaa)

Excellent movie with DMX and Stephen Seagal. Action packed and full of excitement!
