Meer oor hierdie fliek

Special Forces Captain and Princeton man Jeffrey MacDonald has been in Federal prison since 1979 for murdering his wife and two young daughters in his quarters at Ft. Bragg eight years earlier, but his conviction might be vacated pursuant to evidence presented for the first time in Federal Court in September, 2012. It didn't come up at trial, and Joe McGinniss's bestselling book and mini-series "Fatal Vision" made no mention of it. Instead, it was first revealed in the documentary FALSE WITNESS produced by investigative journalist Ted Landreth working with the BBC in 1989, and it formed the basis for an appeal filed by Professor Alan Dershowitz of the Harvard Law School to the U.S. Supreme Court two years later, which the Court refused to hear. Now, acclaimed filmmaker Errol Morris has published a book, "A Wilderness of Error," which describes the case as a thirty-three year serial miscarriage of justice.
